Stainless Steel Screwed Bonnet Needle Valve
The Stainless Steel Screwed Bonnet Needle Valve is designed for manual flow isolation and regulation in high-pressure instrumentation and fluid-control systems.
Its straight-pattern body and screwed-bonnet construction provide a compact valve configuration for applications requiring controlled manual shutoff or flow adjustment. Threaded and tube-fitting end connections are available for integration into different piping and instrumentation arrangements.

Screwed-Bonnet Design
The screwed-bonnet construction provides a compact valve arrangement for instrumentation and high-pressure fluid-control applications.
Manual T-handle operation allows the stem to be progressively positioned rather than providing only open and closed positions, making the valve suitable for applications requiring controlled isolation or flow adjustment.
Connection Options
Different end-connection configurations are available to suit system requirements, including female-thread, male-thread and tube-fitting connections.
Thread type, connection size and tube outside diameter should be specified when selecting the valve. BSP and NPT connections should be clearly identified when requesting a threaded configuration.
Pressure and Temperature
Maximum working pressure is up to 6000 psig (414 bar), depending on the selected valve configuration.
The working temperature range is -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C).
Applicable working pressure depends on connection size, temperature, sealing materials and service conditions. The required operating conditions should therefore be confirmed before final valve selection.
Flow Control and Isolation
The needle-valve stem provides progressive manual adjustment of the flow passage, allowing the valve to be used for both isolation and controlled flow adjustment.
For applications where precise metering performance is required, the operating conditions and required flow characteristics should be specified so that the appropriate configuration can be confirmed.
Typical Applications
Screwed bonnet needle valves are suitable for high-pressure instrumentation and fluid-control systems, including process instrumentation, test equipment, hydraulic systems, sampling systems and equipment fluid lines.
Application suitability should be confirmed according to operating pressure, temperature, process fluid, connection requirements and material compatibility.
Selecting the Right Configuration
When specifying a screwed bonnet needle valve, provide the required connection type and size, operating pressure, temperature, process fluid and quantity.
For tube-fitting configurations, also specify the required tube outside diameter and tubing material.
Send us your required connection type and size, operating pressure, temperature, process fluid and quantity. Our team will review the application and help confirm a suitable screwed bonnet needle valve configuration.
