Stainless Steel 2-Valve Block and Bleed Manifold
The Stainless Steel 2-Valve Block and Bleed Manifold combines isolation and venting functions within a compact manifold body for high-pressure instrumentation and fluid-control systems.
This configuration uses 1/2 in. Female NPT × Male NPT connections on the main process flow path, together with an independent 1/4 in. NPT bleed port. Two manually operated needle valves provide separate isolation and vent functions.

Isolation and Vent Functions
The manifold incorporates two independently operated needle valves within a single body.
The isolation valve controls the main process flow path, while the vent valve provides a separate path for controlled pressure release. This arrangement allows the instrument side of the system to be isolated and vented without requiring separate individual valves and connecting fittings.
Female NPT × Male NPT Configuration
This configuration combines a 1/2 in. Female NPT connection with a 1/2 in. Male NPT connection on the main process flow path.
An independent 1/4 in. NPT bleed port provides the vent connection. The required mating connections and installation arrangement should be confirmed when specifying the manifold.
Pressure and Temperature
The manifold has a maximum working pressure up to 6000 psig (414 bar).
The working temperature range is -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C).
Applicable working pressure depends on operating temperature, sealing materials, process media and service conditions. Final selection should be confirmed according to the actual application requirements.
Compact Integrated Manifold Design
Integrating the isolation and vent functions into one manifold body reduces the number of separate valves and interconnecting components required around the instrument connection.
The compact arrangement is suitable where installation space, connection count and straightforward manual operation are important considerations.
Typical Applications
2-valve block and bleed manifolds are commonly used in instrumentation and high-pressure fluid systems requiring isolation and controlled venting, including pressure measurement systems, process instrumentation, test systems and equipment fluid lines.
Application suitability should be confirmed according to pressure, temperature, process media, connection requirements and material compatibility.
Selecting the Right Configuration
When specifying a 2-valve block and bleed manifold, provide the required process connections, bleed-port connection, operating pressure, temperature, process media and quantity.
For replacement requirements, existing part numbers, drawings or dimensional information can also be provided for configuration review.
