Tube & Pipe Clamps

Tube and pipe clamps provide mechanical support, positioning and secure routing for tubing, pipes and hoses in hydraulic, instrumentation and industrial fluid systems.
Available in multiple series, materials and mounting configurations, the clamp system can be selected according to line diameter, mechanical load, installation arrangement and operating environment.

Key Features

  • Standard, Heavy and Twin Series configurations
  • DIN 3015 standard basis
  • Polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA) and aluminum clamp-body options
  • Carbon steel and stainless steel metal-component options
  • Weld-plate and mounting-rail installation options
  • Stacking arrangements for multi-level line routing
  • Suitable for metric and imperial tube and pipe requirements
  • Configurable for individual items, BOMs and project supply

Series & Configuration

Standard Series

Standard Series clamps provide a compact support solution for general tubing, piping and hose installations.
They are commonly selected for instrumentation lines, hydraulic systems, machinery and general industrial fluid systems where secure line routing and support are required.

Heavy Series

Heavy Series clamps are designed for applications requiring a more robust support arrangement.
They are suited to larger lines and installations with higher mechanical loads, including hydraulic equipment, machinery and industrial piping systems.

Twin Series

Twin Series clamps support two parallel lines within one clamp arrangement.
They provide an efficient solution where paired tubes or pipes need to be routed together while maintaining an organized installation.

Clamp Body Materials

Clamp-body material can be selected according to the installation environment and application requirements.
Material
Typical Selection Consideration
Polypropylene (PP)
General industrial and hydraulic installations
Polyamide (PA)
Applications requiring a higher-performance engineering plastic
Aluminum
Applications requiring a metallic clamp body
Material availability may vary by series, size and configuration.

Metal Components

Clamp assemblies can be configured with different metal-component materials depending on environmental and project requirements.
Available configurations include:
  • Carbon steel components
  • Stainless steel components
  • Cover plates
  • Bolts and fastening hardware
  • Weld plates
  • Rail-mounting components
  • Stacking hardware
The required component combination should be specified when requesting a quotation.

Mounting Options

Different mounting arrangements are available to suit equipment layout and line-routing requirements.

Weld Plate Mounting

The clamp assembly is mounted to a weld plate secured to the supporting structure. This arrangement is commonly used for permanent tubing and piping installations.

Mounting Rail

Rail mounting allows clamp positions to be arranged along a common support rail and is useful where multiple lines need to be routed in an organized layout.

Stacked Installation

Selected clamp configurations can be installed in multiple levels to support several lines while reducing the required mounting footprint.

Selection Considerations

Correct clamp selection depends on more than tube or pipe diameter.
When selecting a clamp configuration, consider:
  • Tube, pipe or hose outside diameter
  • Standard, Heavy or Twin Series
  • Clamp-body material
  • Metal-component material
  • Mounting method
  • Number and arrangement of lines
  • Mechanical loading and vibration
  • Operating environment
  • Project or equipment specifications
Series, materials and mounting components should be selected as a complete system rather than specifying the clamp body alone.

Typical Applications

  • Instrumentation tubing
  • Machinery and equipment
  • Process and industrial piping
  • Test equipment and test benches
  • Utility and service lines
  • Multiple-line routing
  • Industrial fluid systems
